Applications
Sucalcio® Gypsum is widely used by the food industry in products such as bread and baking powder, and extends the shelf life in canned foods and vegetables such as jellies and preserves.
In the beverage industry, is used in products such as beer, where it helps to regulate acidity and to promote the proper gelatinization of starch. Additionally, it is a complementary source of calcium in the pharmaceutical industry.
