Indoor and outdoor coatings designed to be compatible with the most widely used substrates in construction.

The coatings manufactured by Yesera Monterrey provide, among others, the following advantages:

Presentation	20 kg and 40 kg sacks (44.09 lb and 88.18 lb).
Color	White.
Product Output	7 m² to 14 m² (53.81 ft²) per package depending on thickness.
Consistency	9 to 10 ltr (304.32 to 338.14 oz) of water per package.
Setting time	More than 80 minutes
Reccommended surfaces to apply on	Cast concrete interiors (smooth or rough), drywall, concrete block, thermal block, mudblock, polystyrene.

The indicated data are values taken from the technical data sheet of Maximo® Construction Gypsum product and were obtained in our laboratory at the Monterrey Plant.
